1. How to keep my AirLight Pro in good condition?
- After each use, store away with care. Unplug your AirLight Pro by pulling on the plug (not on the cable). Avoid wrapping the power cable around the handle, twisting it, or bending it too tightly at its base. To facilitate transportation or travel, we recommend to wrap the cable in a large circle (avoiding wrapping it too tightly or in a hairpin). Do not use a device with damaged cable, plug or if the device is not working properly.
- Clean the filters regularly or as soon as you receive a notification on the screen. AirLight Pro is equipped with 2 filters, one at the back and the other at the bottom of the handle. The cleaning frequency may vary depending on the environment (air quality/dust/particles such as hairsprays). The device displays smart notifications when cleaning is required. To preserve the integrity of the motor and internal components, the device will automatically reduce its power and will eventually stop if filters gets clogged.
- Filter cleaning steps (see video):
- Ensure device is turned off and unplugged when cleaning device or changing filter.
- Start with the back filter: Pull on the circular cover to pull out the filter. Remove its plastic cover by turning counterclockwise.
- Remove the bottom filter: Gently pinch the rubber at the base of the filter and slide down the filter. Free the filter from the cable.
- Clean both filters under water with soft soap, rinse thoroughly and let dry (overnight is usually sufficient).
- Put back filters in place and power on the device. If you had notification for filter cleaning, the notification will disappear after a few seconds of usage.

2. What is the warranty period?
Starting from the date of purchase, AirLight Pro is covered by a minimum international 2-year warranty, subject to the local legislation at the point of purchase. This warranty covers any defects or breakage in normal usage conditions. Please reach out consumer service center using the contact information below.
